As an interior designer myself, I understand you probably didn’t get into this field to spend endless hours tracking purchase orders, getting back-billed for duties and brokerage, or dealing with robot-customer service. Sourcing
While browsing through new products is exciting — you never know what new treasure you’ll find! — it is time consuming. We’ll do that legwork for you when you’re strapped for time. Send us your mood board and we’ll source your ideas from our wide range of vendors. Alternatively, if you have time to browse, we’ll give you direct links to some of our most popular vendors, so you’ll have access to our entire catalogue.
Ordering and Procurement
Here’s where we really take over, but not in a bad way. Let us know when you find that perfect piece (or pieces), and we’ll order everything. You can pick between receiving the purchase order or bill yourself, or we can send it directly to the client. Basically, we do all the paperwork for you so you can focus on the design.
Warehousing
We’ve all experienced “storage” issues. Afterall, a lot of us are working out of home offices or rented office space and some orders can be pretty big — looking at you, sectional couches. If you need somewhere to put your clients’ order until it’s time to install it, we’ll hold it in our 10,000 sq ft warehouse.
Delivery and Set Up
In addition to warehousing your orders, we can also have them delivered directly to your client. We have partners in the delivery and set up field to help you implement your design on install day. So really, from the time you place your order until the day you’re ready to make it a reality, we’ve got you covered.
After Sales Service
In fact, we’ve also got you covered after install day. And by you, I mean your clients. We’ll work directly with your clients after the sale to help them in the case of any issues or damages. No more being the go-between for broken or damaged items.
